Tours, Masterclass Workshops and Photography Services.

A deposit of 20% is required within 7 days of booking and the remaining balance 30 days before the start date. If the start date is less than 30 days from booking then the full amount will be due. If you need to cancel after payment has been made, we can refund you minus any incurred transaction charges.

1 to 1 video consultation

The full amount of a video consultation is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel after payment has been made, we can refund you minus any incurred charges. You may rearrange your call up to one month after the original start date. In the unlikely event that the call cannot take place due to technical reasons, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternate date or full refund.

Making a booking.

After booking your required dates via our CONTACT US page, we will email you a link to our secure online payment page.

Cancellations need to be made to us as soon as possible before the arranged start date.

If for any reason it is not possible to visit a planned location, arrangements will be made to visit a similar location.

Unfortunately, not all sites in France are wheelchair accessible. Please make us aware of any accessibility requirements you may have before booking with us and we will tailor the shoot, tour or workshop to your needs.

We are unable to take bookings from persons under 18 years of age.

Mark Playle, Photograph France will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to your equipment. We highly recommend you have your own insurance for photography equipment and travel.
